Presentation Evening will commence tonight at 6.30pm at The King's Preparatory School.
All students are required to arrive at 6.15pm. The band and students will be invited into the hall at 6.15pm. Families will be invited in at approximately 6.20pm.
All students will be sitting with teachers in their class groups during the evening.
I ask that all photography be limited to your own child.
Please ensure your teenagers are inside the hall as security will ask them to leave the site if they are loitering outside.
As guests at King's I ask that everyone please take care not to scrape the chairs on the floor as the floor marks very easily.
A few reminders:
* all students to arrive in full school uniform.
* clean school shoes
* students to stay until the end of the evening
* no student is permitted to attend without a parent or guardian present at the evening.
* Senior band to enter the hall and set up at 6.15 - please ensure your child collects their instrument at the end of the evening.
* awards can be collected from the classroom teacher at the end of the night.
